05 SI Rims on an 06 civic?

Wondering if you could put these rims on an 06 civic.

can be done on any 06 civic dx/lx/ex. Just curious to see how they'll look cuz I'm contemplating buying them.

yea that's why I'm gonna have someone PS them before I buy them. I don't like the way they look on the 05 SI but maybe they'll look better on the 06

I think the 05 Si rims there are ab 15 or maybe 16 inch rim int he later years and the stock si is 17. I remember some ep3 guys saying on their car you can not go with a smaller rim for racing because it will not fit over the breaks or something like that I am no wheel expert I would just check on that. I also think all ep3's have a 4 lug pattern and the 06 si is 5.

Also IMHO the 06 si rims look alot better but if you like it go for it, your car after all.

ok here are the exact rims i'm looking to buy.

http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5073

If you can photoshop those onto an 06 civic that would be great. Those are 16", the steelies on my lx are 16". I don't care for the look of the 06 SI rims. I'll either be buying the rims I just linked or some 06 EX rims.

Enough opinions on how they look. How about we have someone photoshop them on an 06 civic before we decide if they'll look bad or not?

they fit perfect. 16x6.5 with 45 offset - same as current ex wheels. problem is they are heavy a55 wheels to the tune of 24.5 lbs each. that is 8.5 more than the rsx 02-04 wheels, 4 more than current ex wheels.
