First one is in a parking garage with a tokina 12-24 on my d200 the second is a 80-200 on the d200

Nope its an f4 like most of the extreme wide angle zooms.

I'm back to my stock lens. I had a 55mm 1.8 (I think it was a 1.8) I gave it to my sister because she was looking for one for a good price and I didn't have the necessary skills to use it at the time. Now, I'm broke.
