Sounds pretty good.

Could always extend the voting another day or something and try and get some extra stray votes too.

^ But extending votes by one extra day means one less shooting day for the next challenge. You wouldn't want that, would you?

my photo used a tripod set at the minmum focal length and my lens at 200mm and then did some croping.

Just noticed something... next month will be the year anniversary of the contest. Should we do anything special?

Actually, I was thinking of two things...not as an anniversary thing, but we could make it as such.

1) Anything goes contest. Any post-processing is accepted...make it the best possible photograph possible using the tools that you have. Post original picture and processed picture.

2) Create a banner for Project 8. Should have same maximum dimensions as the max size for a signature banner.

Haven't thought through the details, but just wanted to share some thoughts with y'all.

Make Webby vote for the tie breaker?

I think it'd be cool to just leave it and let them ALL win, then let the one with the least number of wins pick the new topic (or grab a random one from the suggestion thread).

yeah i also agree that someone who hadn't yet voted be the final vote b/n a tie breaker - cuz the person who won in the previous month most likely already voted
