A little back story...

This shot was actually taken from the top of City Hall in Hagerstown, MD. I had to get permission from the Mayor to take this picture, and he actually escorted me up there himself. This is our "Downtown".

Well there were only 8 entries; I didn't check any EXIF to see if some didn't meet specifications. But if Jesh doesn't show up we could always just, instead of picking a top 3, have a popular vote from all 8.
