I finally got to cruise around with the windows down, my car sounds like it got louder over the winter, must've been all of that WOT snow drifting.

Did Vibrant even get in contact with you yet Ken?

Yes. I have been told they will get me my item a few times. Each time more and more time goes by.

I will try to contact them again soon.

It's been 6 months now.

That's pretty bad customer service.

I ordered a part from Grimmspeed, a Subaru vendor, through a GB on NASIOC. Turns out, their supplier for anodizing has been dropping the ball several times. Every time something is delayed, they either email or PM people that have ordered the parts through the GB. And this is a large # of people, over 100.

And Vibrant cannot do this for one person

I guess I should chime in here on the Vibrant situation and I hope Ken doesn't mind me telling the story. He wanted the black exhaust which they didn't have in stock at the time. Donavan said they would be making more in December and Ken agreed to wait. The production run came and gone and Ken didn't get his exhaust. Evidently, Donavan didn't make a note to save one of them for Ken. Well, we got in touch with Donavan again about a month ago I believe and he said he would have another batch in about a month so we'll see what happens.

Magic 8 Ball just informed me that Ken will have his exhaust soon. The 8 Ball never lies. I'll ask Master Yoda tonight. Congratz Ken!

I gotta do some more work to the bimmer soon. I need to replace the rear subframe bushings. They looked ok, but after a short easy drive I noticed a clunk when shifting. I gotta get the garage built soon. Too much work to do and no garage/shop to work in.

Yeah me too. I have some work to do before too much hard driving. Water pump, timing belt, electric fan, possible steering rack swap, removing sound deadening, rebuild the brake system, paint the left front fender, reconnect the oil pressure, oil temp, and volt gauge, adjust the valves, reinstall the front strut brace, reinstall the brake duct cooling, get some street tires and brakes, install some better pedals, rear subframe bushings, possibly a 4.10 rear end, and just do a thorough maint.

I guess I need to get started one day.

Last year I removed my trunk/floor mats, cleaned my air filter, filled up with 93 and added octane booster. I'm just wondering if anybody else prepped for the dragon?
