Worked great !! No more A/C while on defrost !! Pretty easy too .. cant for the life of me understand why the hell they would have designed such a stupid system. But ya ...now I turn on the defrost and the A/C buton lights up .. I hit the button and bingo .. A/C shuts off.

Thanks alot I really apreciate it .. I would have never thought that there was a way to change that.

looks like mine worked too .. then i sat there for the next 2 mintues pressing the button on and off saying "i command you now biatch" lol

All it is is turning off the compressor while defrost is on. If the compressor is off it just blows hot air, and doesn't remove the moisture from the air.

Why is my A/C always on?

Ya .. I just got home .. out at the mothers house all night for moms day. Didnt know anyone was even thinking about a meet tonight. Next weekend is the long weekend so .. dont think it will be a good weekend to meet either, mind its also suposed to rain the entire long weekend too so.
