That's what I thought too. Or at least for big meets. I remember being up visiting in '02 and there were 2-300 cars on a Sat. night. Maybe it was quiet because we were there on a Sunday night... Last edited by twfa1; 05-03-2008 at 01:10 AM. |

Yep, you must be pretty old to remember that!
Woodbine & 16th was the "new location" cause Millies was too much heatscore. We met there and then usually at 12:30am-1am we'd all leave for street racing. The one time I didn't go in the summer the cops came, roadblocked the entire plaza and wrote down everyone's information and issued loitering tickets!Anyhow, anyone from Mississauga/West end wanna do a pre-meet before we make the trek to woodbine/16th? I was thinking pre-meet at 8:00pm at the Best Buy @ Mavis/401. Then leave at 8:30pm for markham. The heat in the area has died down a lot, shortly after I started driving. I remember as a kid, hearing stories and shit, and then when I started driving it was a done deal up there.
btw, does adrian have that body kit on yet!? Gonna be watching Ironman today YEYE! Last edited by ZOE; 05-03-2008 at 10:53 AM. |

Nope.
Kinda pissed now though. The damage to the front end is greater than I thought, I brought it to the Bodyshop today, and my guy (really nice guy, highly recommended, awesome explains everything to a noob like me in words I understand) says, oooo.. looks like a bad kit *with worry in his eyes* , one of his shop guys goes, looks like I'll be going on vacation after this job.. and another goes, yeah, I had a kit once, had to cut it in half to make it fit... great... just great...

one we put on one would not bend into place, looks like the mould it came out of spread... and thats what we did. we cut the kit in half down the middle and had a seam at the front like a point and it looked sick done... Sometimes its for the best.
