Hotels. . . . hmmm. We chatted about that at one point but haven't talked about it lately. While we think about that is there a place that worked well in previous years?

im really sorry guys i couldn't organize this year but i'm stationed in NC now. although i may still show if i have enough leave to take to make it and the stuff i need to be in the area for the later part of june and early july.

but come 2013 who ever is still helping run it i will be in the area to stay and more than happy to start helping run it again. nothing better than organizing a huge meet like this.

i dont remember where i stayed but it was kind of far away and i was the only civic there.so i will keep looking for updates.some hotels will even givew discounts for bringing in alot of people.

everyone interestd in the hotels, when i check for prices for them when we were still getting everything together i found 2 hotles one was 20 miles away from fdr and i believe it ws 69 a night, and then second was 11 miles away and it was 90 a night, ill get the link up to the hotels later tonigt for everyone.

Yeah and then it was decided we'd leave the toothless BJ hotel behind and stay at the classy $90/night hotel. Balla!
