Bagel Run?

There is a bagel shop called L&E Bagels located in Wantagh on the corner of Wantagh Ave & Jerusalem Ave. On Fri & Sat night around 12:15am they open and start making fresh hot bagels for the following morning rush of patrons. I absolutely LOVE going there and grabbing one or two while they're piping hot and getting some cream cheese and a Snapple. It's the closest to heaven you can come with food. (a little overkill but you get the point) It would be a very cool once a week tradition to start, however I'd be psyched just to get a few people together and go for a run either this upcoming weekend or maybe the next. Would be my first Si GTG so I thought I'd offer something up to get to know some of the local folk.

Good idea?...bad?

bagels FTMFW but ANS is open 24 hrs and makes em fresh every hour lol

A&S is awesome also. Trust me, I know because I was one of those tards standing on line at 4am waiting on the line that went out the door in order to grab a few after a night of partying. That was a looong time ago though.

I mention L&E because it's right of the Souther State Pkwy, and a few blocks away from the Seaford-Oyster Bay (135). It would be much easier for a group to stay together going there than fighting the lights to make our way to A&S.

Gotta think ahead.
