Southern NJ/Eastern PA Caravan to 8th Civic Fest

Ok, so I figured I could get a few people from the south Jersey and Eastern PA area's to meet up so we can caravan to 8thcivic fest. Here's the plan:

Meet up in the South NJ area and then caravan North to the MAIN NJ Caravan meeting point: Jersey Meet Up/Drive Up to 8thcivicfest 08'

I think this would be a good idea to get everyone organized and keep the groups together. The meet point in North Nj is up to 30+, so we will have a good number of people with us.

Rules:

Dont act like a dick. Dont attract unwanted attention from cops. They see a flock of imports and drool like we are donuts fresh out of the oil. I know NJ like the back of my hand and I have NO PROBLEM dipping into a back road and losing you. Iv'e done it before. No problem doing it again

Meeting place:

Wawa Convenience store/Gas station

This place has gas, bathrooms, and refreshments. So it will act as a good "rest stop" of sorts. MEET IN THE BACK parking lot. Ample room

This location is easily accesible for the folks in the easter pa area, and of course southern NJ. The NJ/PA Turnpike is 2 tenths of a mile away from this location, so we will meet up and hit the NJ turnpike from there.

Meeting time is at 9am...departing at 9:30
The crew from up north is departing at 11am exactly. I do not like to wait, so please be on time.

I'm in Bricktown. I would not mind driving up with you but if you can give me directions this way I can find a better spot to meet up with you and then caravan to the Garden Plaza meetup.

its kind of out of the way. im doing this for the folks in south nj and east pa. I already told the philly folks they should meet us, but they arent going to use the pa turnpike. People like 07lx and Ken (geezer) will be. I figured this is good incase some people dont have a caravan yet

i thought brick was up north. Or is there another one in South nj??

Well they call newark brick, but I live in Brick off exit 91 on the GSP.

***IMPORTANT UPDATE***

There will be a $2 parking fee per car. I did my best to keep this meet free, however we are going to be well over the very generous 100 car free parking limit the parks dept gave me. Normally anything over 50-60 cars, there will be a $200 fee +10% of anything over $200. I have already put up a $100 deposit. They will collect the other $100 and the 10% the day of the meet. On your way in to the meet please stop at the booth and pay the attendant. PLEASE, PLEASE bring 2 SINGLES. The attendant will not be able to make change for everyone! Also, anything left over after the parks dept is paid, I will raffle off the rest of the money! I hope everyone can still make it and I apologize for the late notice!
