Is anyone from RI on here?!?

So lately its been bugging me that i never see any meets going on anywhere even close to RI.I mean i occasionally see some in CT but nothing really only an hour away or so. So by starting this i hope to gather some people from MA/CT/RI to try and get a meet together because man i need to get out and meet some people and chat about ideas and cars.

I wish you luck, but wouldnt get your hopes up. Even in CT I have to travel usually at least 1.5hrs into NY to get to meets.

If you do get something together, ill be there

Said it before, say it again RI car scene is weak.

Went to school there and all I ran into with my Evo was Mustangs and GTO's. New of a couple of Honda folks -- check out their local forum Black-Japan. Lots of cool guys there and they usually make some nice meets.

Bump for the Ocean State -- wish I could be back on the beach

URI, gradutated last year -- Had a Blue Evo 8, pretty well known car as far as the school and surrounding area was concerned.

I've seriously seen only 2 different Si's where I am, and one was owned by a guy who looked like he was about 75...but maybe I'm just not out at the right times..

Other than that, I mainly see just lots of rice and mustangs when I'm out :/ a few more of us around here would be nice

i can imagine since URI is in the boonies as far as being close to any real big(so to speak of in RI) city....i see more rsx's then anything else around here...maybe because my girl has one and i just notice them but i look all the time for Si's....not many

^^ Agreed boonies but plenty of out-of-state people with nice cars. I know Cranston and Warwick have a decent amount and I believe Every Tuesday they hold a meet at the McDonalds by the Mystic Aquarium that I used to check out.

Well lets see so we have like 5 people lol im not sure where we could get a meet going as far as space not like we would need much anyways. I know of wal mart right off of 95 its huge and has a ridiculous parking lot but im not sure about cops. Also there is the warwick mall but i mean thats a mall however there is a lot that is never used with plenty of space again im not sure about the cops. But if anybody wants to get together just let me know im down for ideas and setting stuff up.
