if you book your room in advance at the hilton garden inn it's 135/night, however it is NON refundable. for a refundable booking it'll be like 170/night

i had to wait for certain site logistics to blow over before i posted any pics and pricing of shirts. Not trying to make a profit off of this but rather just supply everyone w/ shirts.....link and pricing coming once i get back home tonight

i talked to the shop about personalization of each shirt, they said with the expected number of shirts im shooting for it wouldnt be the best idea. With having 50+ shirts that are ALL different, it'll cost more money and more time to get them made. I dont see personalization happening my man

^^^^ trust me i know what your talking about... i just wanted to make some CF dash pieces and guage pods for cost and more or less give them out and they wanted me to sign up as a sponsor so i could "sell" things. turned me off of the whole thing.

Probbly what your going through.

the big meet & BBQ is sunday may 18th. that's what this thread is for. there is also a day trip to NYC the day before on saturday the 17th. there are quite a few people from out of town that will be attending both and they will be staying in a hotel. some will be leaving on sunday after the meet and some will be leaving on monday the 19th. if you haven't seen it yet, there is a link in my sig to the NYC day trip thread... that make it a lil clearer for ya?
