as far as betting the bolt halfway and not being able to completely tighten it, chances are you cross threaded it. i have learned the hard way a few times, if a bolt (that you know belongs there) will not hand tighten without resistance, back it out and try again. you probably ****** threads up. if it wasnt dark out when i get home and you didnt live so far, i could of helped since i have a tap/die set to rethread.....

id help you but unless you have a heated garage painting your rims in this weather is a bad idea, the winter ruins everything

My girlfriend lives in shoreham and i live right off floyd, glad to meet another civic owner. Got a pack of playing cards? let air out and stick them in..then we can take it to mobil and fill them up when done.
