NEW Long Island Meet Thread!!! - Page 11

Freaking valet scratched my rear bumper and I realized that only after driving the car outside the parking garage.It happened on Friday night.
This morning when they checked it in they didn't mark any damage upon entrance, so keep your fingers crossed for me, hopefully is gonna work out for me and I'm gonna report the damage when I pick it up today.
The scratch is 8 inch by 5. Around how much should I claim?

a bumper to be painted will be at leat $200 + labor to smooth out the scratch. if it is below the body lines, i would say to get the lip kit.

I had the rear lip kit in my mind, unfortunatelly it's pretty up high on the bumper. I'm assuming it's an SUVs' work of art.

thanks, and nope. just shifting at the right time plus the road was a lil moist from snow melt.

whoevers interested....elizabeth went to work today and there is all this comotion goin on at her job. apperantly 2 old women decided to drive over the dock and into the bay infront of her job.. its all over news 12.....helicopters, ambulece,fire trucks were all there.

that was right around the block from my house. there were helicpoters flying around all day. who the hell drives in the water.....honestly?

i didnt clean my car. it supposed to rain tomrow. im hoping it stops raining in the afternoon though so i can wash it before the meet

Nobody from the parking garage wants to admit anything...they came up with a fake check in entrance ticket. My pictures are no good...so probably I'll have to stop parking there for a while...so my car doesn't get scratched even worse.

does anyone here have a spair relay laying around? i dont need the pigtail part, just the actual relay. my headlight harness relay is starting to go...it sometimes wont turn on. if anyones got one, could you bring it to the meet tomorow? and ill throw you a few bucks.
