ABS didn't work? if true, Honda is responsible. Likely it wasn't slippery enough at the time to engage them or (not meant to insult) you pumped the brakes so the ABS didn't engage, basically you manually disengaged them. The accident report will note the weather conditions.
FYI: I think the stock LX/EX tires suck the big hard one. Sure i still have mine on it, but in adverse conditions, I'll be in my 4WD truck. |

Actually, I got a letter in the mail about a recall that had to do with my car's ABS.
By the way, from personal experience, I felt that if you're going downhill in the snow or such, you stop faster if you push the brakes just enough so the ABS doesn't kick in. |
