Ahh, well IMO its not bad that they are more strict. In essence... there are rules for a reason. Better to enforce them then not... unfortunately, they werent strictly enforced for a while, and now that they are... people feel as if they are being encroached upon.

Doesnt bother me one bit.

Not really, it's more about the size of the fish...depending on the size of the fish, you can put more or less fish.

well of course im not sayin like a 5 inch fish..usually its like a 1 or 2 inch fish / every gallon

also can apply to salt water as long as the fish isnt too big of a size

I think it might be more. The way i have everything now, i believe i can put a couple more fish in it, except putting another Tang in, since they are poop machines and will mess up with my parameters.
Also, it depends on how much rock and sand you have, which decreases the amount of water you can put in the tank. I gotta buy a set of new lights (either T5s or MH) so that i can put a couple corals in. Should be awesome!!
