knowing the laws doesnt stop cops from doing what they want. and then there are times when i may do something stupid like that time i peeled out on my block and undercovers pulled me over and searched my car. i prefer they search the car rather than give me a crazy ticket sometimes.

here are the 2 jobs a cop has

1- to ticket you
2- to arrest you

just cuz he searches the car doesnt mean he is going to not ticket you.

you give up all your rights once you consent to a search.
