Nobody does anything in CT cuz we all realize there really isn't much to do besides eat/drink/sleep.

Hartford sucks, I'm tried of all the construction/repaving etc and traffic has just been awful lately for some reason. Anyone notice that traffic between 5-6am on 91 is always going like 80, but after that everyone wants to suddenly go 60?

Anyways any idle Sat/Sun afternoon at like Hooters in Manchester is usually better than doing nothing...I mean they have wings, beer, and ESPN.

That's not true at all. I've lived in Louisiana, and there was a real lack of things to do there. Trust me, there is PLENTY to do here in comparison. The roads are the best in terms of interesting driving, twist and turns, up and down hills...

Oh yeah... newbie to Danbury, CT here, though I am a cheap bastard and I have an LX... but I also own a Ridgeline, so cut me a break on my 1.8

I organized a few meets in LA and am looking forward to a few up here. One of the biggest things we did was have a Scion faceoff which was also a poker run. For the most part, we started our meets at dealerships and they would put out some food and soda for us while we were there. Then we would go to some activity (Tabasco factory, plantation house tour, etc.) then gather for some dinner later on.

Here are some photos that I took at these different events:

I've heard mixed things about that place. I hear it's better down south. I did hear about a new sports bar in Vernon I think it was, that's supposed to be pretty sweet.

Anyways guys, throw out some ideas, I got all this free time now that I'm single and need shit to do lol

hooters is always a good place. Most people love it there. Theres a bar in farmington that is really chill place that i know the owner. The zen bar i'm sure someone has heard of it or seen it as they walked by to murphy and scarlettys. If it was warmer out theres a really nice park in manchester called whickham park that you can have bbq's at. I can think of so many things in the warmer weather....unfortunately it isn't too warm anymore

After 2.5yrs in Socal I'm moving back to Stamford in a few days. Should be there in the middle of november or so. I'm down to meet some 8th gen owners once I'm out there. I've been to the Marcus Dairy meet a few times back in the day with the prelude and it was usually a good time.

Very nice. I work in Stamford but dont drive that often. Usually take the train. We'll have to schedule a mini-meetup @ some point. Most (of the few) other CT 8th Gens are up closer to hartford.
