yea you can use ur own mitt...if its the type that has the soap come out of the brush then just dangle the brush over the car then wet your mitt and your good to go...
jersey city...not sure exactly were that is but im thinking north jersey...im in south jersey and i know of serveral car washes like this... |

There is one in Jersey City on Rt 440, its DYI carwash for like (coin operated), it right across of the Hudson Toyota dealership, and right next to Walsh Dodge dealership.
