anyone want to help me out

i already posted this in the civic si section, but i also wanted to post here cuz most of u guys are locals.

so i want to paint my calipers and remove that yellow shit in my head lights. hit me up on aim or pm if u want to meet up.

this would also make a great DIY

i would if you were more local.

if you do the calipers.. paint them off the car.. or use a lot of newspaper and do it in the garage where you don't have to worry about wind blowing paint all over your car.

agreed - mask off as much of the car as possible, or take them off the car (preferrably)

as for the headlights.. they are easy to remove.. take the front bumper off, loosen the bolts for the headlight.. and you'll have the whole unit out to work with.

If you have to break the seal, put in the oven at 200 degrees - no hotter than that.. on a cookie sheet. For about 10-12 minutes. It'll loosen the glue enough for you to pry off.

i say dont paint them because they will always peel in time... powdercoat is the answer

would they be willing to remove the calipers for me and reinstall them or would i have to do all that myself and just bring them up for painting..
Im def interested. i want red calipers on my new si that will last as long as the car...
