It's official, there will be an 8thCivic car meet in September!

Please sign up below so I can get a permit for a properly-sized picnic area.
I'll reserve a picnic table for 10 people (or if I can, for 15 people), which costs $15 on weekends.
So plan on $3 to get into the park, and a buck or two for each person (for the table), please.

If we get more people than that to sign up, I'll check if we can get two tables.
There are (charcoal) grills, and a table, at each picnic site.
If alcohol is present, it's $10 more for the permit. [Yea or nay on alcohol?: I vote no.]

Here are the details for the 8th Civic car meet in Western Mass.:

Where: "Look Memorial Park" in Northampton (Florence), Mass.

How much? $3 per car to get in, includes parking (plus a 'lil to help pay me back for the permit).
The park offers pedal boats ($6); Bumper boats ($6); Mini golf ($5); and a beautiful setting.
There is a softball field, and for walking, nice wooded areas-with a small stream within the park.

When: Sat., Sept. 23rd, 2006 @ 1 P.M.
(Note: The park closes at sunset.)

Who: Bring your 2006 Civic and your significant other (girlfriend, wife, etc.)

Someone said he was going to post it to ClubRSX, but I don't know if that's been done.

I've posted it to the Temple of VTEC (TOV), and to Honda-Tech forums.

Feel free to post somewhere else--but we need to keep a good head count as the picnic permits are by number of people (10 per table) and I'd want to be sure we're all set with the park people and not going over our permit...

As I've suddenly found out I need to get some (minor) surgery next week (on Tuesday, and then I'll be out of action for the week after), the best thing would be to cancell this meet and try again some other time.
