Turbocivic/Cesar Figarola owes $900

BUMP....GUYS I am bumping this thread cause if ANYONE knows Turbocivic (cesar), tell him that if he doesn't at the least contact me about paying me for my brakes I will without hesitiation contact the police, and I mean by the end of the week. This has gone on WAY to long and I have been getting the runaround...

ANY help from the NorthEast members would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

did they really? last time i passed by it was back in July. The restaurant was still there but it looked abandoned and the signs were gone.

Just spoke to Cesar.

He's banned so he can't PM you, but he wanted to pay you by tomorrow.

He just got his car back so he was coming up with the money to pay for that, but he will contact you shortly. I was told he sent you a text message today.
