Greg, it is past time for you to go to the authorities and file this in court to get your money back.

Do it tomorrow morning if you're serious about getting your money back. All this back and forth isn't doing any good now, you need to take legal action immediately.

These are my opinions and i don't like to see a friend exposed regardless of what happened so lets leave it at that sweetheart i want to see this resolved as much as you do.

I texted Cesar last night about the situation and did not respond to me...I have gone further with this situation, but do think that you all should be kept informed on whats going on....

Why I am the only one in contact here...IF I did in fact have somthing to hide I wouldn't respond. I sold a product and have yet to be paid for it, plain and simple...

For all you guys out there DON'T BE A NICE GUY!!! They finish last!!

Will, You seem to think YOUR buddy is a stand up guy... why dont you pay Greg for Caesar and let your boy pay your.. or you dont trust him or something?? I mean if i was Caesar I would not want to talk to Greg either. But, I would not sit in the corner at home each time he calls and put my tail between my legs. Tell your buddy to take the tampon out of his vag and be a man, and pay Greg.

Its sad but they do...The only way to get ahead is to be one of the aggresive A-holes.....

Plenty of notice and requests have been made to him....It has been escalated further! I was forced into doing this, this is NOT somthing I ever wanted, but what's right is right! I will not sit idle while I am clearly owed money and have been avoided for this amount of time! It just isn't somthing I feel is right and will not let this go! The payment needs to be made and that is what really bothers me is the constant lies about how it has been sent or will be sent.

I do apoligize for involving the community but I want you all to realize that this is the sort of thing that we can't put up with and we all need to take action against people who refuse to pay their debts....I hope for your understanding.....Normally it is the buyer that has complaints, I am the seller and have NOT BEEN PAID, nothing more to it really...That should clear alot up!

He never gave me a reason not to think so they way he threw money around but its not right what happened to Greg i just wish it could have been avoided before this thread got out of hand.

Greg one way of forcing someone to pay you is through humilation. By dragging his name through the mud, no one on this site will ever sell him anything again. He has cut himself off to the forum and from the others he doessnt know personally in NY. You will get your money and if you have to wait til small claims, then I have seen people pay alot extra because they had to pay for headaches for you. Ive seen 1500 become 2200 because of time missed from work and the pain in the ass the guy was being, not returning our product. So he was forced to purchase it and pay for lost rentals and headaches.
