Looks like I'm a show ho this week haha. I'll probably spend the rest of my week smokin bones and trying to teach myself to wax a car properly. Maybe someone who is really good at detailing can show me the ropes. Never waxed a car in my life. I can clean them well but waxing has frightened me forever.

Chris I took your advice and just blocked all his posts. I can't deal with that guy any more. I really do not know what I ever did to him. I guess he can't deal with someone disagreeing with him. But whatever. I don't care anymore.....You just won't see me as much anymore.......Later....

I'm probably gonna come anyway. I might just watch tonight though. I'm going to order an ETD today and run next week. Plus my tuner needs to make some fine adjustments to the tune before I run it. He wants to change something. He wants me to recirculate the BOV because the antistall isn't working properly and it's causing some rough idleing. And it has a slight hesitation after shifts when it's super hot out after I've been idleing after stopping at redlights and stuff. So I will probably get some hesitation from idleing at the track waiting to run it. And I don't want something stupid like that hurting my times. If I could get a cold air setup to the air filter the problem would go away. the problem is the air entering the TB is alot cooler than the air at the MAF sensor. The intercooler is working so good that there is alomost a 50* degree difference. The IAT sensor is in the MAF sensor so the under hood heat is making the IAT sensor read close to 150* and the air entering the TB is at about 90*. So it's causing it to hesitate until the temps equal out. But once I get moving it's all good. This is kind of like the problem that you are having with the SRI. And the same problem everyone is having with SRIs. So I guess a CAI setup is better for the track. But we can fix the problem. We both need to find a way to get colder air to our filters.

I'll wait for you. I'll probably go to that car show at the Liberty Tree Mall and wait till you get out then meet you at your apartment. I've never been so I will have to follow you anyway. Even though you will probably be looking at my tail lights most of the way. Hehe........

I think that's the Adam I sold my HFP suspension to, hah. Anways I think I might go a little early to get as much runs in as possible. I'll keep a look out for you guys. I'm in a blue stock looking rsx now.

Word. Will I need a helmet to run there since I'm no longer stock? I was told that once you do heavy mods to you motor they make you wear a helmet. Is that true?

And in regards to the tuner. I don't know how much he chrages. I haven't even paid him yet nor has he sent me a bill yet. He has to make sure you are happy with how your car runs before you even pay him. And he has done all kinds of Civics. He has done alot of K swpped cars and alot of RSX's and He owns a boosted S2K and a brand spanking new Mazdaspeed3. That he has added an Emanage Ultimate to.

If you think you'll be faster than 13.99, then you'll need a helmet. Faster than 11.49 you'll need a roll cage.

You need a helmet if you run 13.99 or faster. I think you need a roll cage if you run under 10.99 and a flame suit/chute if you run under 9.99 or trap 150+mph

so yes... youll need a helmet, mike

That sucks. I sold my bad ass Arai helemt. So now I only have this cheesey HJC purple and yellow one that was for my female passengers on my R1. But I guess I have no choice then huh? I'll bring it just in case I decide to run my car....How long is the ride up there? I also heard it might rain around 5PM. Which will be just my luck.....

Take about 35-40mins from my apartment on cruise control @ 75-80mph.

im firing up weather.com right now

edit: weather.com says 10% chance of rain till 7pm, then 20% from 7 to 10pm where it jumps to 40%... i think we'll be alright

How was it guys? Figures the one time I can't go everyone else will haha. Anyway I hope I get my car back today. I'm nervous and just want it done now haha. AIT racing didn't ship me my canards, so they are on their way now even though the kit will hopefully be on already. I guess in the future I will have to take off the front bumper again
