$875.00 exhuast ticket with STOCK EXHAUST WTF?!?! - Page 7

stock isnt even loud. the cop was being a dick. take it to court take pics of ur car and a si from the honda website with the back showing and show them the comparisons in court. im taking my ticket for tints to court b/c i had my window open 90% and still gave me a ticket. took them off in 10 days and still wouldnt waive it. TAKE IT TO COURT! only chance u got.

If you take pictures, on the bottom of the mufflers honda has their name stamped on there, that should be enough to prove that it is infact OEM. I know a few people that have been pulled over for stock exhaust and this has gotten them off. hope it works for you.

Does anybody know if you can legally make the cop (or somebody else) pay for the camera since it is used to help to prove that you're innocent? Just like how the prosecutor has to pay for your lawyer? I think?? lol

No you can't. You're not prosecuting the Precint for the cop's misdemeaner or perjury (Law210.45). You're just trying to proof your case.

dude your from Queens, cops dont care about that... at least i didnt think they did. bring a pic of your car, and explain that your exhaust is stock. print out from the honda website the specs/features of the car. i thnk it says right on the website that the SI comes with "performance exhaust", and right there you could explain how the cop was mistaken. i have skunk2 + DCRH and drive through queens, BK, and bronx and got stopped once, they let me go since my car is CT registered.

you sound like my roommate.... T-Whomas....he;s taking legals in school with me right now, but he is always dropping laws on me and n e one else who tried to mess with us... like the cops today, he admitted to profiling me, i asking for his badge number he gave me back my lisence and regitration from a rental car i was in, and bounced... haha

i am telling you now, july 15th is gonna be a good day, it's actaully my birthday!!! and i am pretty dam lucky all the time. so i will donate my b-day luck to you and your court date. hell i'll be in the bar n e way, i could care less if it rains out or not for it... they;ll let you off the hook for sure... keep this thread open and let us know the outcome though. cop deff wont show, they never do
