Damn if ppl are having issues with just the stopck mufflers Mugen owners are goin to get powned.. ours doesnt even look stock so were def. ****** if this ever happens to us.

GL with everything man, Just bring a lot of supporting evidence that your car is exactly how it came from the dealership and you'll be set. That was just a dumb ass cop.

Glad to see your back with your new Si, i bought got pulled over for my exhaust about 3 weeks ago (woodhaven blv n cooper ave). same thing... except i have a vibrant exhaust. at the time my car was only 2 weeks old so i tried to play it off like its stock, by saying its a brand new car i dont even have the registration yet, i have a temp. etc etc saying its stock. i tired explaining that newer "sport" cars come with a stock exgressive tone.

didnt fly i have to go to court july 16th. he told he that its like a $15 fine...

my ticket says the same exact thing.

i hear with no dB reading its easy to argue...

when your court date?

what i plan to do is go to court with my recept from the dealer, and the summons showing its only a few days apart and my car is brand new and its stock.


and its a summons not a ticket, so it does not have a penatly price on it. thats determined in court.
