Show the judge. They cant fine you for 50 state emmisions legal equipment. Stop tripping.

Nope. Why should you have to run around and be worried? They can't just give out tickets on assumption. They have to prove you're guilty, as I stated earlier. I'd call the cop shop and ask to speak to the police chief. Tell him what happened, and that your exhaust is indeed legal. Go from there.

nope tryed that and Voice of God bro my girls brothers a cop eevry1 in her fams a cop and when i get pulled over i show respect cuz im shited to get more tickets i keep my mouth shut so dotn go around judging people

be smart about whatever you're going to do. Show respect for the popo. They have a job to do everyday. Who cares if he was being an ass. Why did you get pulled over anyway? Why did he think you had a loud exhaust? Did you floor it on some road that you shouldnt have? Cops might be in bad moods sometimes, and they might have nothing better to do, but the fact of the matter is, if you prove that he had NO reason to pull you over, then it doesnt matter what ticket you get. If the exhaust is stock then you won't have to worry about it. But if you were flyin, "V TACKING it" like an ass, then I would worry more about what else they will nail you for. I have a feeling that theres something not being said here.......explain the WHOLE story please!

you could have all sorts of aftermarket equipment on your car, but if you drive carefully, and drive like a mature adult, and nothing SEEMS different about the car, then you wont get pulled over. But if you're driving around like an ass then of course you got something to be worried about.

Yeah, NYC cops are the most inept officers out there. There are MANY nice guys out there but the young cops seem to give tickets for no reason. Then, they get a bad rep here in ny. I got two tickets for things I didn't do and judge found me guilty. Had to suck it up and pay the fines + court fees.
In NYC, it is indeed found guilty until proven innocent.
Too many young cops with an inmense amount of power in their hands is no bueno.
This is a clear example of police brutality. Sean Bell was gunned down by 3 undercovered police officers. Sean Bell had no weapons, nor did his friends in the car.
After the officers shot 50 rounds, they killed a groom-to be. After trial, they were found not guilty.

like i stated i got a ticket for my exhaust if i was driving reckless i would of got a ticket for that too and no i wasn't " V TACKING it " it i came from one light to another light that was right ahead of me and i was going to make a left at that light but i have to wait until the on coming traffic is stoped to make the left.
