$875.00 exhuast ticket with STOCK EXHAUST WTF?!?!

lol you guys are getting too much into this. I had the same issue with a Mazda 3 with a stock exhaust. I walked into court saying, my car was completely stock, the judge yelled at the cop for wasting my time and said dismissed. I walked out. They are not going to waste their time looking at pictures and part number and blah blah blah. Best of luck

Well guys i just got back from Court he was a nice judge, i showed him the pics and video of the exhaust, then i asked if he wanted to see the video of me reving to 3rpms he said no that he has seen enough, he said they will mail the verdict to my house so i think i am going to be alright he keep some of the pics also, i will let everyone know when i get the mail.

You're free and clear man, that's what they do when they don't want to make the ticketing officer look stupid by saying not guilty in front of the court. Same thing happened to me on a B.S. "unsafely crossing the highway" ticket I got a few years ago, I argued my case and it was obvious I had done nothing wrong so the judge told me they would notify me by mail of the verdict and about a week later it came in no guilty.

i had to do one of those little hearings for my single vehicle accident where my airbag went out. i showed them pictures of the road i was on and the lawyer (its not a judge) said she would mail me the verdict in the mail. i got a letter saying i wasn't held responsible at all.. too bad i had to pay a 200 dollar deductible.
