Curious about Service Advisor Incentives

Hey Chris,

This may sound like a vague or obtuse question, but I am curious what type of incentives Honda Service Advisors have. I know what sales folk have, but with the service advisors it seems a bit different.

The reason why I am asking is when i picked my car up from service today, I saw a sign on one of their desks that said, 'top 3 advisors above 90 Q9d for the month get $250 each'. What does that mean?
