You can barley see it. I watched a video on youtube and the guy circled the supposed dot. That's how I saw it.

The only thing I see is the water is disrupted in the far right of the screen. Never see anything drop. I just cant wait till the dvd release.

I never saw the dot either. The YouTube video was in super slow-motion and circled.

Why? The movie sucked gigantic gorilla balls. Even if you look at it from the "it's a documentary" point of view, I still think it was just another over-hyped movie.

I was finally able to see what feel into the water. Some say it was a satellite others the monster.

On the DVD (all the way @ the end when NYC is leveled) when you see the horizon at Coney Island, stare and the upper/mid right quadrant of the screen. You see a black dot (coming from 2 o'clock) hit the water (just below the horizon -right of center alittle behind the ship) then the camera immediately swings left for Rob and Beth's close up. You can't miss it!

BTW- I think they went with the best ending compared to the two alternate endings on the DVD.

They made it looks like the DVD was going to have a bunch of new information about the monster and everything but there wasn't shit on it. I'm glad I just rented it and didn't buy it.

Any new information about if they really are going to do a sequel or not?
