... i just got back from the concert, and all i can say is WOW! we had Floor tickets, row 29, right beside Stage B ($150CAD/ticket). i can't believe how good the concert was. her voice was spectacular... she hit her signature high note on the first song (It's Like That). Busta Rhymes opened for her, and being a Busta fan, i knew all his songs, although i can't say the same for the audience who proceeded to scream everytime he pointed the mic at us. Busta performed for about 45min, then it was a really long time until Mariah came to the stage... about 40min! it was crazy tho once she started. i was on my feet for the entire 2+ hours she performed. Trey Lorenz also performed, and i can say now that i'm a fan of his. think Tyrece + Usher.
highlight of the night - i came within 2 feet of Mariah!!!
she walked from the back of the stadium to Stage B (which was right beside our seats), so i could've literally reached out and touch her, but my arms would've been broken by security... can't drive the Si with briken hands. she sang "Don't Forget About Us" and two snippets on Stage B, then she returned to the main stage.
anyways, the ringing in my ears and my raspy voice will be a reminder of this amazing night for a long time to come...
