Ann, if there were any way to work in your birthday, I would. Maybe you'll have to come down and meet up with a couple of us and have a piece of cake together.

I just posted in another thread, but I'll share here as well. I just got rear-ended. Bumper smashed, tranny not working well in 5th and 6th. Glass everywhere including the inside of the car. It was a 19 year old girl who was tailgating and going too fast. Her car is a mess. Sheesh.

I got back from Luther Honda. Tranny is acting weird. Wasn't able to engage 5th or 6th at all. I finally got it into gear, but it is definitely not smooth like it was before.

I have to wait now for the girl's insurance company to contact me, so I won't be driving the Si for a while. I told the body guy at Honda that I want that transmission checked out throroughly.

My neck is kind of sore and stiff. I am beyond words. I didn't have one sratch on the car. Joshua and I have always tried to keep it looking perfect.

I may try and see if I could get a Mugen rear instead of the stock bumper. Also, if things get drawn out, Joshua and I will have to come in the G35 rather than the Si to the next meet. Time will tell....

Now I know how Bill-brdhouse feels. It is such a sickening feeling to hear tires squealing, then wham. Glass flying everywhere and getting punted several feet ahead from the push from behind. First time since I started driving in 1969 that I have been rear-ended.

What is kind of comical Dave is that right after the accident, there was one of those first response yellow trucks with the emergency lights that came upon the scene. He called for the police to come.

We waited 35 minutes for a Highway Patrol to come. Normally, cops are everywhere on Highway 100 by 494, but this afternoon, there were none to be seen. A guy could have gone 200 mph and no-one would have been any the wiser.

The girls windshield exploded from the airbags deploying and the gas filled my car with a horrible smell. I still have chips of glass on my car as well as inside. Dave, I am so ticked. I just hope that my exhaust wasn't damaged too. Right now, it is pushing up against the bumper.

Hey, guys I just met Bill and his son, Josh, wonderful people. I wish I could've seen the Si but it's in the shop. Anyway I was wondering if it's cool if I bring my Altima due to the lack of me owing a Si. Otherwise I could bring my bro's '02 Accord, it's got lol

Neven, Joshua and I feel likewise. You are a great guy. We look forward to having you come to our meets. You are most welcome at out meets and you can park your Altima next to our G. VQ Power FTW!
