Need good Midwest Shop

Anyone know of a good shop in the midwest to get a little work done? I'm needing exhaust, header, coilovers, etc..

I live in Iowa and if someone could recommend one relatively close i would greatly appreciate it.

I did a search and came up with this site regarding speed shops in Iowa that may have potential to do what you want to do: Ames, Iowa (IA) Speed Shops, Including Race Car Supplies Companies

If you lived in Minneapolis, I could give you quite a list. Whereabouts in Iowa do you live?

I live in Des Moines, so basically dead center of Iowa.

I was looking at the Midwest Motorsports page you sent over in that link and it looks like they only sell the parts. I'm needing someone in iowa or in surrounding states that can actually do good quality work.

I'm in west Des Moines, I've heard of a Muffler shop on Army Post Road. I don't know the name though.
