Possible Track Day in Topeka?

I was trolling around Heartland Park's website today and notice that they have touring club days. Does anyone know if they have open track days or if there is anything required to get a bunch of 8thcivic guys on the track out there?

Not 100% positive, but last year they had it twice a month. You pay the fee and an instructer rides with you. thats it go have fun.
