Anyone from MN going to let their car to Full Blown do a turbo set up soon? The hold up on the build should be 2-3 months time (Dec- Early Feb)

I don't know if I can handle being without my car for 3 months. Maybe when I get a gixxer this spring...

So many things up in the air right now, I thought I really wanted turbo, but my car is currently running really well and feels great, I'm getting into the mentality of if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I don't know. I agree 2-3 months seems like an awfully long time to be without your car. I was upset mine took 3 days

Looking for a decent priced but good body shop. Have some dents and peer scratches I need to get rid of. Honestly thinking of a full repaint since as Im sure dave can attest to Honda NHBP is crap paint. Hood was repainted last fall and its horrible to even look at 14K miles later. So dissapointed

custom paint homie

hot pink with green racing stripes... 20 coats of clear should hold up right???

hehehe...

side note... anyone know how to replace a fan clutch for the rad? dad's went out on the trailblazer and im gonna be doing it on saturday...

hold the fan still, loosen the bolts.. remove, install electric fan.. problem solved!

Rough estimate is $3,000 - $4,000 depending what kind of turbo you want to go. I have the cash to do this but I was actually saving it up for Full Race or All Motor route. Still I'm just saving incase for future emergencies for now. I could wait or just drive as it since it drives nice right now.

dad doesn't want an electric fan...

i was also reading a bit online and they were talking about removing coolant lines and all this biz... but i was looking at it and it didn't really seem like you needed to do anything but unbolt and replace..

is there anyway to keep the pump still while im taking off the fan?

i know i was making a joke...
get socket and a breaker bar hold one nut against the pulley with a wrench and loosen the opposite nut rotate, try again, get them loose, then you can get them finger tight
