the mall will be really busy at 5pm on a friday night, no parking, plus a big parking lot by sears is closed so that makes people park where there is usually open space. I worked at Annapolis mall for 6 years, I know all about it. Now on a sunday morning in the parking garage on the side where borders is at the top, there should be nobody there..... just a thought.

thats a no haps on that parking garage, it is under construction. behind the mall where borders is, there is a parking garage with 3 levels, its brand new. I think it should happen on the 3rd level of that garage.
