***IMPORTANT UPDATE***

There will be a $2 parking fee per car. I did my best to keep this meet free, however we are going to be well over the very generous 100 car free parking limit the parks dept gave me. Normally anything over 50-60 cars, there will be a $200 fee +10% of anything over $200. I have already put up a $100 deposit. They will collect the other $100 and the 10% the day of the meet. On your way in to the meet please stop at the booth and pay the attendant. PLEASE, PLEASE bring 2 SINGLES. The attendant will not be able to make change for everyone! Also, anything left over after the parks dept is paid, I will raffle off the rest of the money! I hope everyone can still make it and I apologize for the late notice!

For those who are going, which we aren't completely 100% sure about yet.

I want to start planning the meet time for us making the trip up to NY.

If you plan on coming up friday thru sunday I want to leave on Friday roughly around 10am in order to get there early afternoon to check in to the hotel. Let me know your thoughts.

If anyone else wants to stay at the same hotel as most of us are going to be at. We are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fishkill. Its going to be $140 plus tax a night if you make a reservation that non-refundable... and $170 plus tax a night if you want it refundable.

May I suggest a later time....maybe 12pm, need to get my paycheck that day which is not given to us till 11am.... Also where can everyone meet at?

Me, Jed and Bob are all coming from Indian Head Hwy to get to 495. James and Ryan both don't live too far from Indian Head so I'm assuming we would take the MD way up thru 495 to get to 95N. Lawrence lives in Baltimore area so we would be picking him up on the way thru.

I haven't heard from everyone else but reasoning in leaving so early is that we hit NO traffic or barely any. That was my whole goal.

to be honest... 12 would be the latest I'd want to leave
