PLEASE HELP

Hey guys , I need help "ASAP" I was coming to DE from NYC and by exit 8 of the NJ TPK, I went over something that cut the brace that hold the gas tank in place. I have the part but i cant find a place in Bear that would install it for me ,they dont like the fact that I got the part my friend is sending ot to me overnight by Fedex. is anyone in DE that can help my, I dont have any tools here in DE and I dont know any one that can help me. PLEASE HELP ME . I dont have to much $$$$$$ but I can have pizza and beer for anyone that can help.
