navi removal question

can i just pull the navi unit out or is there a special tool to take it out? do i gotta remove the panels around it? i think the connections to my right speakers are not connected right cause they go in and out and when i hit the dash by the navi the turn on.

I'd take it back until it's fixed for good. They'll get tired of you coming in and eventually fix it.
