Brake Noise when Turning

Hey Guys,

My 08 AT has been making a weird noise since day one. It only has 1,000 miles on it, so i doubt anything is worn. However, when I am leaving a parking spot, I usually hold the brake pedal down and turn out. When I turn, I hear a brake/wheel groan and I dont know if it is normal. The sound is more noticeable when I am on an incline. Any ideas? Is this just a simple combination of turning the wheels and the brakes holding on?
