p0113 CEL 2008

I have a 2008 Si Bone stock, resonator removed thats it. after 2 months with no problems. today i got a p0113 Air intake temp sensor high input. WTF the thing that doesnt make any sense is I read the freeze frame data at the moment the code was thrown and it said -40 degrees F and this car has never been in weather that cold. also it said the error occured at 0 percent throttle and the engine temp was 197 also it says that -33% on Short term fuel trim and something like -17% on the Long term fuel trim. WHAT GIVES? Its going into the dealer as soon as I am done with Finals. and fuel input was 66%

Ok so I make three stops over the course of a few hours, and as soon as I turn my car on the third time, no check engine light. I am going to assume this was a fluke, has got to be one of the weirdest things.

It probably is. If it comes back on I will know for sure. but this shitty gas mileage has got me thinking it is bad. I do DRIVE my car, and my last tank of gas was 20mpg average, now that was a little crazy but usually I am only getting like 23-25mpg which is such crap.
