3rd Brake light rattle

The rear deck rattle isn't too big of an issue, but the 3rd brake light is RATTLING LIKE CRAZY. It's a 4-door LX, by the way. The actual red plastic light inside is rattling like crazy, and it's loud. If I get in the back seat and push down on top of the light slightly, the rattle stops. (While playing music, this happens, and sometimes going over big bumps) Is the light like, unglued or something?

If I took the rear deck out and put padding around it, would that work without getting too hot and burning up? I don't need a fire to go with my rattle, lol.

Any ideas for dynamatting the rear deck would help, too. I can't stand the rattling on the sides of the trunk and rear deck. Driving me absolutely nuts.
