HELP Tuning/reflashing the AEM FIC for a Turbo R18 Civic

I really am looking for help, i have installed the TSI R18 turbo kit and now having problems tuning the car, as i am in china no one here really know's much about tuning the AEM FIC. At the moment i am trying to reflash the AEM FIC with the latest maps below is what i have tried doing already. Does anyone have the latest software for the AEM FIC as i can't download it from the Aempower.com website as it seems that the whole of china is banned from entering the forums there so i can't download it over the net, if possible can someone PM or email me the latest software/filmware or whatever is needed to reflash/tune the latests maps for the R18 on the AEM FIC.

I have installed the CD that comes with the AEM FIC but i still can't open the latest maps with the program provided. I checked and i am using the Fuel Inition Controller Software 1.04. When i try and open up the latest R18 Map it says that its a "incompatable database version." You have also given me the hex file but i still am unclear of what i need to do with the hex file still. I might also need a driver for my computer to recongize the USB from the FIC as they don't seem to link up. As im in china it's very difficult for me to get help from you people over the phone in america as when the business hours of the workshop here are open, yours are close and vice versa. So i need to get everything needed for reflashing the AEM FIC and at one time so that when i get to my workshop here i can try reflash the AEM FIC with the new maps, but as of now i still can't so would appriciate it if someone could walk me thru it.

i have just recently recieved the latest software for the AEM FIC 3.01 from the 8th civic forum and i can now finally open the basemap procivic sent me but when i open this file this box comes up that says the following;

Incompatible Cal-file version
Version 2.00
Would you like to update the cal-file ?
You may need to recalibrate your TPS and RPM
the original cal-file will be unchanged

Does that mean i still need the version 2.00 software instead of the 3.01 software ? please advise
Tomorrow i will be going to my workshop to try upload the latests maps so it would be great if you could let me know how to do this step by step so that i can get everything right the first time round. For example;

1)disconnect the AEM FIC from the harness
2)Connect the USB cable to the laptop
3)Flash FIC using the hex file
4)Open the basemap
5)Upload to FIC by clicking on the connect button
6)reconnect the AEM FIC to the harness
7)Start Car

As i am in china it's very difficult to be able to call u during your operation hours when i am at the workshop my car is at because of the time differences. I hope you can help out. I just want to get the car drivable and then find a person that can tune my car ASAP.

Maybe you can get me some tips which parts i should edit of the base map as i am 1800metres above sea level. I am still trying to locate someone in china/asia area that has experence to tune by AEM FIC but atm i havn't been able to locate one. I am willing to pay for the airfare(somewhere close obviously)/accomadation and tuning fee does anyone have any contacts ?
