Grinding when put into gears & oil leak??

Recently, whenever I switch gears I can feel a little grind or something. It's not smooth like before. It seems like something is up with the syncos?

And on sunday, after a drive to moval and back, I found a couple of drops of oil on the ground by the front right wheel. I'm pretty sure it's oil since i asked my dad and he said it's oil. Is this normal?? Im kinda worried right now... but i haven't found any leaks

Anyone have this problem? What should I do?

Btw,

i drive a 08 FG2, with 900 miles on it

take that bitch back to the dealership and kick them in the balls. . . i would say maby rear main seal on the tranny but that would most likely be on by the left driver side on our car if im not mistaken . . . it would be best to get the dealership to take a look at it

im gonna see if it leaks oil again. im gonna keep an eye on the oil but as of today, the tranny is F'n hard to shift, its like something is stuck in between gears and it doesn't want to slide in smoothly!

I don't really get that, but often at times when i shift into 3rd, i feel/hear a scratch while going in, don't really know what it is.
