sunroof problem. help

i have a 07 civic ex and the sunroof just stopped working. i tried openning it i hear a clicking sound from the motor(i guess) but nothing happens. i already searched the site. but i didnt find anything useful. i even tried the control unit reset. it didnt work. what do you guys think i should/can do about it? do i have to bring it to the dealer to get it fixed and maybe replace the motor? or what? i appreciate the help. thanks in advance.

my sun roof sometimes stops working, I can still open and close it but need to hold the button

What to do if this is your case is open it, then hold the button until you hear a click, about 5 seconds. then close it doing the same method, it should work after that.

If that is not the problem get the dealer to fix it.
