Customize SI exhaust piping to fit an r18?

Is there anyway to customize the greddy evo 2 si exhaust to fit my r18 coupe?

Sure. You will have to add 18-20 inches of piping to it, but with some welding it can be done.
I'm going to be installing the si oem B-pipe on my R18 civic. Inner diameter from 1.87in to 2 inches.

is that something you can just take to anybody shop and do or would i have to go out and buy the piping and all that good stuff?
