running lean...

well i don't know if this has anything related to the cause but i got cut of by some very smart person and so i wouldn't hit him i curbed checked busted two of my tires... that is fixed now but right after i curbed checked my cel came on and i ran the obd2 scanner i cant remeber the code but it said i was running lean....i have a injen cai, and dcrh.... wut could be the problem?? and wut does running lean exactly mean??? will it do any engine damage??

Make sure nothing came loose and reset the ECU. That might fix your problem.

i already reset the ecu one time and the cel came back on exactly a week later. i checked the o2 sensors also and both were still in place
