So I had a second person tell me in the middle of the road that my wheel is wobbling...
The first time I thought it was my lug nuts not being tight enough, now I really do not know what it is I have aftermarket wheels, I just installed sbc camber kits (do you think it may not be tightened enough?) that is the only thing i can think of. I even took it to get it aligned. Any ideas??? Oh and I'm riding on my stock lugs for short being till I receive my aftermarket tuner lugs through mail. |

Can you feel it wobble when driving? Any kind of vibration or wobble that is visible from other vehicles will be easily felt inside the car. If you have gotten an alignment they usually check to make sure everything is tight so there's probably nothing lose. I'm gonna have to agree with anavrin351, I've seen many tires that looked like they were wobbling until I got close enough to see it was dirt or 'uneven shine'. If you can't feel it wobble/vibrate and your car drives straight and handles well, you should be fine. Just double check to make sure everything is torqued to specs (including lugs).

Please dont assume that it's okay even though you cant feel it wobble. We dont want anything to happen to you on the highway.
At school, we were in our van to go to pick up some parts and we heard clunk clunk clunk clunk. We couldnt figure out what it was until i look in the side view mirror and i see the tire wobbling like a mother. It was only held on by 3 lugs and they WERE NOT EVEN finger tight. The driver didnt fell any wobblyness in the steering and i didnt feel anything either. |

ok, i took my car in firestone today and now the problem is fixed (for now and hopefully forever)
And yeah, i was sure that the wheels wobbled, cuz i told my bro to drive it in a empty parking lot, and sure enough it was wobbling noticeably. Now that this problem is fixed, I have a new one; the firestone tech dented my door so they want me to come back and have them send it in to a honda dealer to get it fixed. I love the firestone customer service it is so much better than Norm Reeves Honda for sure before all this mess, I took my car to the honda dealership first to check up on the problem, waited 3 hours and they said it was my brake pads, bunch of liars, I don't hear any squeaky noise after my wheel was corrected. |
