WD40 and elbow grease. Maybe a cheater bar if you really can't get them off. Worst case scenario, you strip/break the bolts and have to make a run to the hardware store.

Were the bolts hot when you tried to remove them? If not try running the car for a few minutes if you can, when I took my muffler off the bolts were tight so i just heated them up and they came right off. Hope this helps

the bolts don't look like they're stuck in there, those are cleaner than mine, lol . try to get a long wrenc or use a bar if you have one, they should come off looking at your pics. you need to take off the nuts only, then just reuse those rectangular bolts.

Let the WD40 sit for a bit, then a breaker bar would be beneficial, as people are saying.

I just did my Skunk2 this after noon and I can tell you, you are not taking those off without a torch super heat the nuts and they come off easily and then you will need to super heat the corners of the Cat to knock out the the factory bolts for new bolts. Torch time dude or you will break the bolts and cause yourself many problems.

What are you doing this on a Coupe or Sedan?

I had the same problem, I didn't even have to use a full acetylene torch, just one of the small propane ones for about 10 min per bolt, worked great. However go buy some new nuts and bolts now (preferrably stainless) for when you put your Greddy on...I installed the Evo2 and I love it. Btw, take your cat heat shield off too, you'll have to eventually.

Use a breaker bar and it will come off easier.
