How to find Honda's TSBs and SNAs.

After a bit of playing around I've found the URL pattern to get all Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) and ServiceNews Articles (SNA) from Honda. If you're looking for a particular TSB or SNA and don't have the TSB number or SNA publication date you'll need to just look for them sequentially or get the TSB number or SNA publication date from one of the other posts here.

To find a TSB:

The URL pattern is:

http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/AYY-XXX.PDF

Where YY is the two-digit year and XXX is the 3 digit sequence number.

For example, the Service Bulletin for "Navigation System DVD Information and Inspection" (bulletin number 05-032) can be found here:

http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/A05-032.PDF

NOTE: Change the "A" to "B" and you'll find the TSBs for Acuras!

To find a SNA:

The URL pattern is:

http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SN/AYYMM00.PDF

Where YYMM is the two-digit year and two-digit month of the article. They come out once a month.

For example, to get the latest, March 2008 ServiceNews Article the URL would be:

http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SN/A080300.PDF

And, you can change the "A" to "B" to get the Acura ServiceNews Articles too!

Have fun!
Larry.

HONDA PILOT .ORG - How to get all TSB's and SNA's

I changed your thread title because the link was just too long and had little to do with what folks would look for.

I think the 2 dead links you're taking about are the URL pattern ones. Those were not meant to be valid URLs. The examples should be valid and work. The pattern ones are there to give the general pattern and the user would replace the "YYMM" with the year and month or replace the "YY-XXX" with the year and sequence number for a service bulletin.

As for the title, whoops ! Sorry about that. I mostly frequent the HondaPilot.org forum since I drive a Pilot. My wife is the one who drives our '06 Civic. I posted this information there first and then did a cut-and-paste to this forum

Thanks!
Larry.

The link in my signature is a compilation of every Honda Service News Bulletin from 2003-2008 (and ongoing).

It's already stickied. As for the TSB thing, good find. I figured it'd be a similar process.

And as for the Honda Service News Bulletin, my link has notes for every Civic related issue detailed in a given issue of the bulletin.

Here is what I have come up with for all of the TSB’s for the 8th gen civics. I cannot grantee that this is all of them but it’s a good start. I started at in 05 and went to 08 as of last week sometime. There may be newer ones. I was able to create a program that would generate the urls for me then I was able to paste them into a downloading app. This is how I was able to get all TBS from 05 to 08, using the formula listed above.

Using the formula listed above add the AXX-XXX.pdf to the end to get the appropriate TSB you are wanting to look at.

Please let me know if there are any errors. I will be glad to edit the post.
